OUR PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE STUDY AND EXCAVATION PROCESS
A core value of our company is that salvage excavation is not a simple digging process, but follows specific stages, which must be carried out in a regular order and with professional diligence.
Good practice requires that a surface survey of the geomorphology of the area to be studied be carried out initially, with an autopsy of the site by the members of the research team, who sweep the predetermined area by walking,
collecting and counting surface characteristic findings.
The usual procedure is followed by a subsurface investigation using various modern methods, with the aim of clarifying the existence of archaeological findings below the surface of the ground. Once archaeological sites are identified, the work will continue with excavation – the stage with the scientific work that constitutes the main body of archaeological research.

The complex team of experts – consisting mainly of specialized scientists as well as the necessary technical personnel such as archaeologists, conservators, administrators, designers, photographers, workers, etc. undertake to carry out the modern excavation successfully and in accordance with the requirements of the institutional legal framework.
Each specialist has excavation experience and scientific prestige, which ensure the completion of the fixation, conservation, protection and publication of the findings.
